She continued to be courteous and caring towards others, despite the difficulties and mistreatment she experienced as a scullery maid.
Bridget learned through her stay with the trolls that contentment may be found in everyday pleasures and inner acceptance. This new self-discovery journey of hers gave her the confidence to defend herself and her new allies, even in the face of the fearsome Chef.
Things went smoothly for the trolls and Bridget but when the trolls celebrated in Bergen Castle, things took an unusual turn. The trolls are found during this incident, starting a wild chase. In the chaos, Bridget runs across the troll Branch, who advises her to assume a new identity to win the king’s affection. She changes into the glitter-covered, sparkling Lady Glitter Sparkles as a result of this transition. Bridget acquires a newfound sense of grace and confidence as Lady Glitter Sparkles.
As Lady Glitter Sparkles, Bridget gains the confidence and poise she never had before. She finally catches King Gristle Jr.’s attention and wins his affection while keeping her true identity a secret.
In the sequel, Trolls World Tour, Bridget returns as Lady Glitter Sparkles and continues her relationship with King Gristle Jr. This time, the trolls face a new threat from the Rock Trolls and Bridget plays a crucial role in helping unite the different troll tribes.
