What is Yoruichi pose?

The Yoruichi pose is a variation of a downward-facing dog. It is the iconic pose of Yoruichi Shihōin, a fictional character in Kubo’s manga, Bleach. Yoruichi is a woman and former captain of the 2nd Division of the Gotei 13. She also served as commander of the Onmitsukido before leaving to work with Kisuke Urahara and Tessai Tsukabishi, in the Urahara Shop out in the Human World.
Yoruichi is intelligent and witty and has an intimate knowledge of Soul Society and its workings. She comes from a noble background, though she acts differently. Like Urahara, Yoruichi avoids battles, only stepping in when she feels her side cannot win without her help.

Yoruichi cat pose
Yoruichi can transform into a cat for long periods, an ability she has possessed for over 100 years. She goes on all fours during the transformation and splits her legs like a cat would. In cat form, she can channel her spiritual energy and move at incredible speeds. Also, her transformation grants her a complete disguise as her voice turns deep, making those who encounter her cat form think she is male.
On a lighter note, Yoruichi prefers to transform back into her human form in front of people to see their shocked reactions since they often assume she is male in her cat form. However, she is highly temperamental whenever anyone tries to harm or insult her cat form.
