Podcaster and comedian, Nedu Wazobia has stirred up debate online with his latest comments on gender financial roles and relationships.
Nedu stated that a man’s natural inclination is to be the provider, suggesting that any man who does not naturally want to give is not fulfilling his role as a man.

He pointed out that women tend to respect men more when men are in control, particularly when it comes to finances.
Nedu also made a controversial statement regarding dating, suggesting that while a man can date any woman regardless of her financial status, a woman does not have the same privilege.

He illustrated this point by suggesting that a man could walk into a restaurant, see a woman at the front desk, and potentially change her life, whereas a financially well-off woman would not have the same opportunity to change a man’s life in a similar scenario.
