Nigerian musician and skit maker, Idowu Adeyemi, popularly known as Yhemolee has revealed that Don Jazzy was instrumental to the growth of his career.

In an interview on the Tea With Tay Podcast, Yhemolee said that Don Jazzy posted one of his videos and that took his career to the next level.

The video was about people who can only dance while sitting, and when they stand up, they lose all their dancing skills. Due to the relatability of the video, Don Jazzy posted it on his social media and Tunde Ednut did the same.

Before Don Jazzy posted the video, Yhemolee had only 5000 followers. After the post, his followers grew to 50,000.

He said that he did not let the attention he had got pass him by as he continued to push out quality content and lived up to the hype.

Some of the comments under the video recalled Wizkid referring to Don Jazzy as an influencer.
