Who Wants To Be A Millionaire host Frank Edoho has opened up about his remarkable fitness journey.
In his heartfelt tweet, Frank Edoho revealed that his fitness journey began in 2017 when he faced a challenging setback—a broken ankle while playing football.
He said he struggled with being overweight and was 120kg at some point, a situation that left him feeling disheartened.
However, in April of this year, he decided he had had enough and set himself a three-month target to regain his fitness. Remarkably, he not only met but exceeded his goal, achieving his desired results in just one month.
In 2017 I broke my ankle playing football & I have struggled with weight loss ever since. There was a time I weighed 120kg. I felt awful. In April this year, I had enough and I set a 3 month target to lose fat. I attained it in a month. I ran & lifted weights & voila- I'm back! pic.twitter.com/QnvTJIbonq
