Who Wants To Be A Millionaire host Frank Edoho has opened up about his remarkable fitness journey.

In his heartfelt tweet, Frank Edoho revealed that his fitness journey began in 2017 when he faced a challenging setback—a broken ankle while playing football.

He said he struggled with being overweight and was 120kg at some point, a situation that left him feeling disheartened.

However, in April of this year, he decided he had had enough and set himself a three-month target to regain his fitness. Remarkably, he not only met but exceeded his goal, achieving his desired results in just one month.
