Super Eagles striker, Victor Boniface is reported to have donated N1.5 million to an elderly carpenter who recently gained attention online.
A young man named Sunday Oladosu shared a video a few days ago, showing the elderly carpenter arriving for work after someone in his compound requested a carpenter.

The video quickly went viral, with social media users praising the man’s dedication and suggesting ways to support him financially.
Moved by the carpenter’s diligence, Bayer Leverkusen star, Victor Boniface decided to assist him with a donation of N1.5 million.

The 23-year-old footballer contacted Sunday, who had posted the video, and transferred a total of N2 million to his account.
Boniface explained that N1.5 million was for the carpenter and N500,000 was for Sunday himself.
Sunday shared screenshots of their chat and the transaction receipt to confirm that the money had been sent and received.
Boniface’s message read: “I will send you 2 million. It’s no stress, bro. I saw what you did already. I will send you 2 million. Give 1.5 million to the man and 500,000 for yourself, okay? Drop your account details for me.”
Sunday replied: “I feel like this is a dream, sir. I can’t breathe right now; I’m just speechless.”
