Tonto Dikeh had advised protesters to engage in peaceful demonstrations and expressed support for President Bola Tinubu’s initiatives in grassroots development and youth empowerment.

VeryDarkMan took to his Instagram stories and responded with a profanity-laced outburst, accusing Tonto Dikeh and other celebrities of prioritizing their benefits over the welfare of the masses.

Recall that the social activist and the actress have been at loggerheads for a while with the police getting involved on several occasions.

The actress’s support for the government sparked controversy, with some viewing her stance as tone-deaf to the struggles of ordinary Nigerians.

While some netizens supported Verydarkman’s sentiments, others criticized his use of vulgar language on the actress.
