Nigerian social media influencer, Martins Otse, popularly known as VeryDarkMan, has arrived at the National Assembly complex for a hearing regarding bribery allegations involving the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) and the Nigeria Correctional Service (NCoS).

In a video shared on Facebook, he arrived at the scene dressed in a traditional Benin attire, accompanied by a traditional worshipper who chanted and rang a bell as they walked in.
The House of Representatives summoned VeryDarkMan, EFCC Chairperson Ola Olukoyede, and crossdresser Bobrisky (Idris Okuneye) to testify on allegations that Bobrisky bribed EFCC officials with N15 million to drop money laundering charges.
The controversy began when VeryDarkMan shared an audio recording on Instagram, allegedly capturing Bobrisky discussing how he avoided serving a six-month jail sentence at Kirikiri Prison in Lagos through arrangements made by his godfather.
