A young Nigerian boy residing in Akwa-Ibom state is in the news after constructing a caterpillar wheel loader and escalator.
The young man called Nsikak, a JSS3 student uses a hydraulic method to control the wheel loader to move a few distance while his phone is used to control the escalator.
A kind-hearted Nigerian man, Sambo Mai Hula, who shared the news on Twitter, said he met Nsikak by the road and made a video of the pure display of talent.
He also urged well-meaning individuals to support the young man by retweeting his post so that sponsors could locate the young man.

Plenty tweeps have reacted to the video post, with one @Ahmed_Shehu25 calling Nsikak the next generation engineer in the making.
Another @Cyrilnkanga said, “Before Asuu strike. This guy was always coming to UniUyo faculty of Engineering with this his construction every day.” In contrast, @Ch_dave19 said, “Even me that is studying engineering don’t have that thinking capacity to build this thing.”
Another user with the handle @SorgiaBill said, “Omo Talents just dey waste for Nigeria,” while @Elibson said, “Please tag foreign automobile companies so they can pick up this boy 👦 before it will be a wasted talent again. Nigeria 🇳🇬 is not for this type of raw talent. The only help he needs is to get him known to foreign automobile companies.”

Ghanaian Engineer Builds Power Bank for Laptops
Meanwhile, Robert Nsoh, a Ghanaian engineer, produced a breakthrough innovation; a power bank that can charge a laptop to full capacity a minimum of four times.
The innovative power bank branded EcoMini+ provides 24-hour electricity supply and comes with a DC-3 V slot where electric bulbs can be plugged in, and it also comes with an input port where a solar panel can be plugged in.
He said, “We are here to provide reliable solar power system for rural communities and schools. We believe the power bank for laptops and light bulbs will help students in the tertiary level in their studies.”
