Nigerian singer, Divine Ikubor, better known as Rema has shown his love for American singer-songwriter, Lana Del Rey by sampling her on his new album.

In a tweet from 2020 that is currently circulating, the ‘Calm Down’ crooner confessed that he listens to hip-hop only when his friends are around, but when they leave, he puts on Lana Del Rey and Enya.

Rema, in his new album, HEIS, sampled Lana Del Rey’s “A&W” on the song “Villain” by speeding up the instrumentals and giving due credit.
