Nigerian comedian, OGB Recent, has taken to his X page to claim that many Nigerian artists treated Mohbad poorly when he was alive.
According to him, it is questionable how Rema claimed he never saw a direct message from a fellow verified artiste until after his death.
As speculated in a trending screenshot, it was also stated that Oxlade restricted Mohbad’s Instagram account since 2018.

“It is sad that many of these artistes treated Mohbad poorly when he was alive. Rema claimed he never saw a DM of his fellow verified artiste. Does that mean he went to search the chat yesterday? Oxlade restricted this guy since 2018 and he’s now sympathizing on IG with screenshot. It is not only disrespectful to Mohbad but also his fans. These guys are posting now because the public is speaking. This is not how you treat a colleague.
“Mohbad was in almost all of his colleagues DM spreading love and giving them accolades. He wasn’t asking for features. He was so respectful to all his colleagues. I have not seen a celebrity that humble. He deserves to be at peace in the afterlife and this is why we will continue to preach #JusticeForMohbad,” He tweeted.
