Manchester City moved closer to securing the Premier League title two times consecutively after crushing Wolverhampton Wanderers 5-1 at the Molineux on Wednesday night.
Belgian midfielder, Kevin De Bruyne was the star of the game as he grabbed four goals to move his team back three points ahead of Liverpool on the table.

De Bruyne scored in the seventh, 16th, 24th and 60th minutes to give the Pep Guardiola-tutored side advantage in the title chase.
Raheem Sterling put the icing on the cake for City in the 83rd minute.
Wolves scored their only goal through Leander Dendoncker in the 11th minute.
At Elland Road, Leeds United fell to a three-nil loss to Chelsea. The side got their second red card in as many games after Daniel James’ rough tackle on Mateo Kovacic in the 24th minute.
Although the blues were already a goal up before the red card, they grabbed two more afterwards.
Mason Mount opened the scoring in the fourth minute before Christian Pulisic and Romelu Lukaku added the second and third in the 55th and 83rd minutes respectively.
At the King Power Stadium, Leicester City cruised to a 3-0 win over relegated Norwich City. Jamie Vardy showed why he is still considered one of the best strikers in England with two goals in the 54th and 62nd minutes.

The former Three Lions striker had been on the sidelines due to injury but returned with a bang on Wednesday night.
The game at Vicarage Road between Watford and Everton ended 0-0.
In a do-or-die match for both sides, Arsenal will battle Tottenham Hotspur at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Thursday night. The match could seal the top-four for either side.
