Controversial Nigerian singer Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has once again caused an internet ruckus as he released a victory song for the recent Osun state governor-elect, Ademola Adeleke.
Portable made headlines just a few days ago when he slammed Davido for unfollowing him on social media after he campaigned for the incumbent governor, Gbenga Oyetola of the All Progressives Council (APC).

During the campaign period, however, Davido’s allegiances, as expected, was with his uncle, who was the flag bearer of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), and Portable had felt this was why the award-winning singer had unfollowed him.
Portable had then taken to Instagram in a video to narrate how he had to leave home in search of a better life due to extreme poverty.
“My papa no be rich man,” he’d said. “I am the one that made my dad and family rich. I ran away from home because of money so that I could save my soul. I didn’t want to endure the same suffering my father experienced. Support who support you. They quickly went to unfollow me.”
However, he seems to have had a change of allegiance, as he released a song on his official Instagram page to celebrate Adeleke’s victory, which many have felt is his way of extending an olive branch and attempting to mend fences with OBO.
