It was a celebration of perfect love indeed when two childhood friends sealed almost 10 years of friendship in holy matrimony on Thursday, August 4.
When sounds of “we were just friends when we fell in love,” a line from Ed Sheeran’s hit song “Perfect,” hit the airwaves, it told the perfect love story of the couple.
Love Agbolamagbin and her husband, Ifeoluwa Dele-Ajayi, had been friends since they were kids and had no idea they would tie the knot one day.
The event, which took place at Provincial Coordinating Hall, Redemption camp, had friends and family members in attendance from far and near.

Members and alumni of the Redeemed Christian Fellowship, University of Ibadan (RCF, UI), and Pastor’s Seed Family (PSF) were duly represented in their numbers.

In a conversation with our correspondent, one of the guests at the wedding and a member of the aso-ebi ladies, Apata Oyinloluwa, described the bride as one of the most amazing humans on earth with a heart of gold.

Asked why there was such a large turnout from RCF alumni, Oyinlola gave four reasons.
“One, It’s our nature to turn up. Two, I mean, Love is a darling, and 15th set really likes to show up for her own.
Three, the location is central, people in Ibadan have access, and those in Lagos also have access. Four, Love was in the two largest units; Peacemakers and NSTHC. So it only makes sense that her unit members show up,” she said.
Another guest, Damilola Olawale, popularly known as DammyBlack, told Asukwo Oduo that the couple’s love story is beautiful because they have been friends since childhood before it culminated in marriage. He said they put God first in all they do and complement each other.

Popular gospel artiste, Bukola Bekes and her band were on ground and thrilled guests with melodic tunes.
Addressing the couple, the chairman of the occasion advised the bride to be submissive and give honour to her husband.
She said one could get anything from a man once you respect and honour him, stressing that men loved to be respected.

The bride, in a chat, told Skabash.com that she’s amazed by the show of love and support she received from family and friends.
