This moment has become iconic, symbolising overthinking and absurd conspiracy theories. The meme has evolved, leading to various adaptations and references across social media. They often humorously illustrate the complexities of modern life and information overload. Its popularity surged during significant news events, reflecting societal anxieties and the absurdity of conspiracy culture.

In the “Sweet Dee Has a Heart Attack” episode, which premiered on October 30, 2008, Mac and Charlie take up jobs in an office building to obtain health insurance through their employment.

Charlie secures a position in the mail room.
