A woman has lamented her ordeal at the hands of her cousin after she was abandoned on her arrival in the United Kingdom despite promises to accommodate her.

She was responding via her Twitter handle, @nurse_pemosa, to a tweet by @Oluomoofderby, who complained about people who made promises to accommodate new immigrants but disappointed them on arrival.
She narrated that she was eventually helped by a woman who met her at Paisley Station.
