Nigerian singer, Habeeb Okikiola, popularly called Portable, has been honoured with the West Africa Icon Award (WAIA), for his commendable contributions and achievements in Afropop music.
The singer shared the good news on his Instagram page, along with photos of himself receiving the certificate and plaque from WAIA’s director, High Chief Darlinghtyn Momoh Umoru.

The director described Portable as one of the special breeds deemed worthy to be conferred with the prestigious honour.
