British-Nigerian record producer and artist, Okunola Abdul Maleek Anu-Oluwapo Shoyebi aka Maleek Berry has fired back at X trolls who attempted to discredit his career by ascribing his success to Wizkid.

Due to his long-standing friendship and collaborations with Wizkid, some users claimed that Maleek’s success stems from his association with the popular artist.
Maleek Berry responded, stating that his silence had been misinterpreted as weakness, reminding fans that he is a “forefather” in the music industry.
When another user suggested that Wizkid was responsible for Maleek’s success, Maleek shot back, calling one of the trolls a “peasant” and asking for their account details.
However, the troll declined and sarcastically asked if Maleek had eaten instead.
