Paris Saint-Germain have appointed Luis Enrique as their new head coach. He replaces Christopher Galtier.
The former Barcelona boss was previously considered for managerial roles at Chelsea and Tottenhan but opted for PSG.
The 53-year-old will return to management for the first time since departing the Spanish national team after the 2022 World Cup.
Luis Enrique managed Barcelona from 2014 to 2017, where he won the treble in his first season.
PSG will be hopeful that Luis Enrique can lead the team to success in the Champions League.
Despite significant investment in recent years, the French giants have failed to win Europe’s most prestigious prize.
