Judy Austin’s alleged first husband, Obasi, has reportedly called out the Nollywood actress accusing her of running away with his children.

In a post Cutie Juls shared on Instagram, Obasi alleged that Yul Edochie’s second wife, Judy Austin, got pregnant for him at age 19.

Judy moved in with Obasi and had another child with him in 2019. However, he sponsored her tertiary education after she said she preferred attending school to running a business.

During her university days, she met Yul Edochie, and the pair started dating as far back as 2012.

Obasi said he reported Judy Austin to her parents and they helped settle the issue but not long after, Judy insisted that she needed an apartment in Enugu for obvious reasons.

He said he tried persuading her to change her mind because they had settled in Onitsha, but she remained adamant.

Not happy with Obasi’s decision on the matter, Judy allegedly moved out of their matrimonial home with their two children and eloped with Yul Edochie.

Also, Obasi accused Judy of denying him access to his two children after Yul Edochie paid Judy’s bride price, officially making her his second wife after she gave birth to a son for the actor.

Mr Obasi is, however, appealing to Nigerians to help him get his children back.

I Will Not Be Numbered As A Wife: May Edochie Speaks Up About Her Polygamous Situation

Meanwhile, May Edochie, entrepreneur and Yul Edochie’s first wife, gave her verdict and took a stance against her husband’s second marriage.

In a lengthy post on her Instagram page, the mother of four stated that she understands that polygamy is a valid choice for certain individuals, as even some religions and traditions allow it, to which she has nothing against.

However, May Edochie insisted that such views do not align with her faith and “family values.” She also added that she would not be “numbered as a wife” or “cajoled” into the polygamous lifestyle that her husband, Yul, has chosen.
