Nigerian singer and songwriter, Oludipe Oluwasanmi David, known by his stage name, Spyro, has revealed that he once struggled with pornography.
The singer disclosed this in a recent interview with Echoo Room while addressing the speculation that he criticizes his colleagues for living an indecent lifestyle.

The ‘Who’s Your Guy’ crooner said his goal is not to preach holiness in the secular music industry, but he just believes that artists can still make money from decent music.
“I struggled with pornography for years. I’m not a saint. I go through these things. I’m in here with you guys. I’m not saying that I’m holy. Everyone is far from holy.

“And I’m not coming to preach to people that you’ve got to be holy. I’m human, just like you. But I’m just saying that artists can still profit from good music,” he said.
Spyro’s disclosure comes after he sparked controversy when he implied in a podcast interview that colleague Shallipopi’s music encourages fraudsters.
