Controversial Nollywood actress Nkechi Blessing has made the news again with yet another bombshell that has got everyone talking.

The actress, during a live video on Instagram on a discussion about marriage posted by @chidi.mike_cars, said marriage wasn’t for everyone and it wasn’t a must for everybody to get married, as she had decided not to marry.

However, she then added that if she wanted, she could buy a man “with the little money she has”, put him in her house, and control him however she likes.

“No be everybody come this life say dem won marry. I can comfortably buy a man with the little change that I have, you dey hear English. I can comfortably buy a guy and put him in my house. I will say sit down there; he will stay until I tell him to move.”

Reactions have trailed her statement, with many berating her for speaking thoughtlessly. According to @Krizhova also added, “No be only buy a Man. What happened to the last Man she purchased? I pity young girls that take this kind of women with such low moral & mentality as role models.”

@Official_asilo was livid, saying, “What nonsense is dis woman talking abt how much you get”, and @Zansi_fo_sho1 added, “How much you get self aunty Nkechi you talk too much.”

Mrsix_beatz beat his full chest with, “Aunty, you can buy a baby or boy but you can’t buy a man like me please, with all due respect.”

While aunty Nkechi was busy running her mouth, a Nigerian man was hailed by netizens for exhibiting husband material qualities after he was spotted carrying a baby on his back in a shopping mall in Ibadan.

It is common in Nigeria to find women with babies strapped to their backs, but apparently, men cannot be ruled out of this nurturing gesture, as this man in Ibadan has shown that men can care for babies just like women.

The doting man drew the attention of shoppers who admired him as he went about his business.
