A video of a woman using an electric mixer to prepare a Nigerian local dish, amala, has gone viral online.
In the TikTok video, the woman sat down with the pot of amala in front of her and used the machine to mix it.

Despite using a wooden spatula at the end of the video, netizens were amazed at how she used a machine to make preparing the dish easier.
