He cut me off after telling him my rent was due soon - Lady shares experience with admirer

A Nigerian lady took to Twitter to express her surprise after a man who seemed to be interested in her ended their communication after she mentioned her due rent.

She explained that she engaged in conversation with the man for some time, the last of which she brought up her housing rent which was soon due.

According to the lady – Josephine – he abruptly ended the conversation and cut all contact with her as soon as she mentioned her rent.

Josephine noted that she simply informed him and did not request his help with paying the rent.
