Hafsat Ahmad Idris was born on July 14, 1987, in the Sagamu area of Ogun State. Although she was born in Ogun State, she hails from Kano State.
The actress is the first child of her parents, and she was raised in Ogun State with her siblings.
Idris had both her primary and high secondary school education. She then proceeded to the university, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

Hafsat Ahmad Idris ventured into business after graduating from school. She sold and moved textile materials from Ogun State to Kano State.
Even though her business was flourishing, she still had a passion for acting. She then decided to try her hands at acting. She had her first break into the Kannywood, a sub-genre of Nollywood, in 2015.
Idris rose to fame in Nigeria, thanks to the excellent acting she showcased in her debut film, Barauniya. Her performance in the movie brought her prizes and industry acclaim.
She is not just an actress, but she is also a professional director and producer. In 2018, Idris established a film production company known as Ramlat Investment. She produced several movies in 2019, including Kawaye, which features actors such as Ali Nuhu, Sani Musa Danja and herself.
