Osinachi Nwachukwu, a gospel singer, is dead.
The Ekwueme singer died on Friday in a hospital in Abuja. Her twin sister, Amarachi Grace Eze, was said to have been with her before she died.
Although she is reported to have died of throat cancer, there is no official statement from her family to confirm or debunk this.
The popular singer left behind her husband, Peter Nwachukwu, and four children.
She died at the age of 42.
Osinachi Nwachukwu hailed from Imo State. She was featured in Pastor Paul Enenche’s “Nara Ekele”, which shot her into the limelight.
Other songs by the deceased include “You no dey use me play”, she was featured by Emma; and “God of power”.
Until her death, she was the lead vocalist in Dunamis Church.
