Former Nigeria international, Victor Moses has signed a permanent contract with Sky Bet Championship club, Luton Town, pending international clearance.
The 33-year-old, who enjoyed a decade-long career in the Premier League, made 220 appearances, scored 20 goals, and contributed 18 assists before departing for Russian club Spartak Moscow in 2021.

Luton Town’s manager, Rob Edwards explained the reasoning behind bringing Moses to the club, which was relegated from the Premier League last season.
“Victor is someone we’ve been in discussions with for quite some time. He trained with us last week and played 60 minutes in a behind-closed-doors match. After that, we made the decision to sign him because we believe he can add strength and versatility to the squad,” Edwards said.
The manager highlighted Moses’ tactical experience, gained from playing under various managers in different systems, which will be beneficial for the team’s depth. Edwards also noted that while Moses won’t be thrown into the starting lineup immediately, his fitness level will allow him to make an impact soon.
“We’re not expecting too much too soon, but he’s fit and can affect the team now, making the squad stronger. His experience, particularly winning a Premier League title under Antonio Conte in a role similar to what we need, will be invaluable,” Edwards added.
Moses’ arrival at Luton comes after the player showcased his dedication by training on trial with the club, proving his hunger to return to English football.
“Victor has had a fantastic career, and his humility shines through. He’s quiet, unassuming, but driven. We’re really excited to have him with us,” Edwards concluded.
This marks a fresh chapter for Moses, as he looks to bring his experience and versatility to Luton Town in their push for success in the Championship.
