Churro cheesecake recipe

To make the churro cheesecake recipe, you need the following ingredients:
- Crescent roll dough: You can make yours or buy an already-made one from a supermarket.
- Cream cheese: For the best results, make sure your cream cheese is melted to room temperature before using it.
- Granulated sugar: This is best for making the cheesecake filling and mixed with cinnamon.
- Egg: You have to separate the yolk from the egg white. Then whisk the egg white until it is frothy and brush it over the top of the bars before adding the cinnamon and sugar. It helps the cinnamon and sugar stick. Also, it helps the top of the bars to bake up to a lovely, slightly crispy, golden brown.
- Salt: This one is optional. But it does not hurt to add a little salt to have a balanced taste.
- Vanilla extract: For flavouring.
- Cinnamon: For the iconic churro flavour.
