A self-styled fitness enthusiast has sparked controversy online after claiming that eating of breakfast may not be as healthy as is commonly believed. 

According to this individual, whose identity was not disclosed, skipping breakfast could lead to the fading of various sicknesses from the body.

The man further asserted that breakfast was introduced by the food industry to promote the sale of refined wheat products, cereals, and milks, and that our ancestors did not originally consume breakfast.

Additionally, he suggested that the ideal time to eat is around 12 o’clock in the afternoon  or 1 pm.

These claims have stirred debate among netizens online with some questioning the validity of the statements and others expressing curiosity about the potential health benefits of altering meal timings.
