Actor Deyemi Okanlawon pens open letter to Thaddeus Attah after defeating Banky W 1

Nollywood actor Deyemi Okanlawon penned an open letter to Eti-Osa honourable-elect, Thaddeus Attah, who beat singer and politician Banky W in the recent election.

In his letter via his Instagram page, Deyemi disclosed that he voted for Banky W because he was the “ideal candidate” for the office.

Although Deyemi congratulated Attah, the moviemaker asked the honourable elect to reveal his plan for Eti-Osa, saying he had done thorough research on him and found nothing. However, the actor allowed the honourable-elect to respond to his questions through an Instagram post.

His post was criticised; many called him out for the letter. It was noted by many that the letter was “unnecessary and condescending”.
