Smiles are on the faces of members and supporters of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) as the party’s presidential flag bearer, Atiku Abubakar, won his polling unit in Saturday’s presidential election.
Atiku garnered a total of 282 votes at his polling unit at PU012, Ajiya, Gwadabawa ward, Yola North Local Government Area, where he voted with his wife Titi, earlier today.

Bola Ahmed Tinubu of the ruling All Progressives Party was far behind with a total of 57 votes, while the Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi, had six votes.

The presidential candidate of the New Nigerian Peoples Party (NNPP), Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, had one vote.
